Telesales Coordinator

The Role

The objective is to establish whether target companies are involved in export to or import from mainland Europe and introducing the services of the company. The principal aim from these telesales calls is to generate new quotation opportunities. Assistance and industry training will be given for calculating the freight rates. Raising and sending sales correspondence and chasing the enquiries / quotes through to closure and trial shipments. Some local client visits may be necessary. Candidates must have a friendly and persuasive telephone manner or proven telesales experience; professional appearance; strong communication / organisation / admin Microsoft IT skills. French and / or German language would be an advantage but is not essential. You will be responsible for keeping the statistics and commissions. The salary is c£23,500 per annum, plus a bonus scheme which will be based on the number of jobs.
