The Role
Main duties: • Dealing with customer enquiries • Cold calling companies • Making appointments for the external sales teams • Issuing quotations and following up to gain the business • Researching own leads • Updating the in-house computer system • Interrogating the company database for lapsed clients Candidates must have telesales experience within a freight forwarding company and have a knowledge of selling either air or sea freight services.
